There is absolutely NO REASON that any person working full time hours at ANY job shouldn’t be able to afford a 1br/1ba apartment in any place in the country with enough left over to live with dignity.

The US is the wealthiest country in the world. We have untold amounts of untapped land, thousands of foreclosed homes, and people living in absolute poverty for no reason other than corporate greed. We have politicians ON BOTH SIDES telling us that they have our best interests in mind. Bullshit. It's time for true organization and true striking on a national level. But oh wait, the 1% will squash that with their dragon fucking hoard of money they have. Bribing and buying government officials.
