I’m looking for any advice on how to build a employee resource network (ERN) at a corporate job.
The resource network that represents minority employees is basically a skeleton of other ERNs I’ve seen.
Also, the diversity and inclusion team has one person doing at least two jobs and there’s a hiring freeze.
How do we build a voice and power in the corporate world where joining a union isn’t really talked about? Have you built up a ERN with executive buy-in before?
Other ways to go about building up a voice?
I’m new and this Reddit is the main workforce Reddit I follow so other Reddits to follow is appreciated too!
