Been seeing a lot of screenshots and such from folks whose employers are saying they need a doctor's note. They don't want a doctor's note. They want you to give up and come in. They are betting you are:

They do not actually care if you turn up the next day with a note. Their entire purpose of demanding one was to get you to come to work.
