They’re going to ask me to work over the holidays

I’m co-supervisor on a large and complex electrical project, which we were able to begin work on two months behind our scheduled access date. Of course this means that it’s now, somehow, the responsibility of my small crew to make up the slack. We’re on blocks of six days, twelve hours. It’s the classic example of their lack of planning is now my emergency. I know the schedule, and I know the rate that we’re working, and I know the time to completion — we need another month at least. We’re all beginning holidays on the 22nd to the 3rd, and with our project deadline on the 5th… I know what’s coming. They’re going to be desperate; what should I (and my crew) ask for?
