Think the Layoffs are a Coordinated Effort to get Employees Back to Work?

The job market is the strongest it’s been in 54 years. Consumer spending is also strong. The layoffs seem to be more monkey-see monkey-do/meeting Wallstreet expectations. I can’t help but wonder if there was a coordinated effort, within some small, closed-door business circles, to put leverage back into the employer’s hands and stop WFH.
