Think you’re about to be laid off? Check your State’s WARN notice/page

The Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act requires companies to provide notice 60 days in advance of plant closures or mass layoffs. The WARN Act is intended to offer protection to workers, their families and communities. Each individual state has their own version of this system located at their .gov webpage.
