First of all, sorry about the bad english, it's been a while since I wrote something.
So, I left my previous job because I didn't see myself growing there, and the pay was little below average. But my co-workers and boss were excellent people, great chemistry between us and any requirements would be done pretty fast. The company has 40+ years in the market so the procedures were clear (not always) but manageable, but as I said, I didn't have the option to take leadership in proyects, that was my only problem, I could put up with the bad payment until I find something diferrent if I could take the head role of somethings, but that wasn't the case.
Now, I found a new job, this new company has a little above 10+years in the market, but it offered a raise and what I was looking for, leadership in proyects. I entered last monday and it's been only a week but my God, it was awfull, not even a clue on how to manage people, everyone does someting of other areas and even I heard the boss screaming at someone “ITS WAS YOUR FAULT”, they are all over the place and does everything in the last minute, and when I mean everything I mean EVERYTHING, been requirements for something for the next week on SATURDAY or manage something on SUNDAY. They even made me come to office on saturday, I came in reluclant to find out NOONE show up, so I was alone doing nothing, wasting my saturday morning. They don't have company phones so I ended up using my personal for also work, at first I was hesitant about it but well, the work needed to be done, but what made me snap was that they don't have laptops so they ask me to use my personal, I was stuned and thininking “Who the fuck do they think they are? Talking on my PERSONAL PHONE on a FUCKING SUNDAY EVENING.
I'm torn between just leaving and not showing up anymore, because they didn't even given me the contract to work formally, so nothing keeps me from not showing up, or, in the other hand, put up with it a couple of months so I have time to search a new job and have my position more grounded, since it's a high up one.
