I originally wrote this in the singapore subreddit but I deleted that post because at that time I was afraid of my employer finding out and firing me or some other consequences due to that post, but now I'm serving my notice period and so yea I dare to post this again for all to see.

Beware of this company it will ask you for 200SGD every month and 500SGD if you don't meet the attendance bonus requirements.
Reported this kickback offence to MOM awaiting response.
The attendance bonus is a penny-pinching stupid and inhumane policy which you only get by having PERFECT attendance whereby you can't take MC, leave, unpaid leave, etc. You MUST be punctual and nothing bad happen to you to get it for the month. The bonus is 300SGD.
Company also has high turnover. I suggest looking elsewhere and avoid this d@mn company, joining here you may regret.
EDIT (not from original post): I also later found out that 200SGD is only for my salary. For example, if your basic is 3000 and your IPA Employment Pass salary stated 4000, then it means u need to return 1000 because it is IPA-Basic = Return Amount. And EVERYONE in the Singapore office that has an EP will be asked for this monthly money return. I have reported to MOM and an officer has since asked me to attend a physical interview to record an official statement regarding this case so yea gg this company.
