This is why owners should not be managers

I’d like to start of that I am a 19th at old woman who works part time at an “entertainment” store that has to do with video games. Since the start of May 2023 my manager has been pushing me out slowly and it came to a breaking point very recently. This text thread made me very anxious since I do have a hard time standing up for myself and most of it is absolutely not true (coming from his side). It was very shocking for me as he always praised me constantly and made me feel very appreciated. The previous employer he mentioned had to do with my waitress job where I was illegally fired by the new manager (I worked there for 2 years) after he replaced most of the staff and did not give me a valid reason when he let me go and a few other…
