This is the second time this person has pushed our screener back. It’s incredibly frustrating to know I have a better chance getting the position if I go through this recruiter, but it just feels like they are hedging their bets with other candidates while leaving me out to dangle. It just feels like nobody is treating anybody with a measure of respect anymore .
