I work in the background of a huge grocery supplier. I've been here for 6 years. I'm in charge of a handful of things, but I hear the phrase, “this is the bible of proccesses / this should be your bible” when management refers to standard procedures.
I'm an atheist and it upsets me everytime management says stuff like this.
I respect religious practice, and I don't want to make anyone feel bad about the way they talk, but idk.
Is this something I could bring to HR? Should I go lawsuit?
