This sub brings up plenty of valid points criticizing the present world financial system. I just wish it was called anti- something else. There’s nothing wrong with hard work so long as it’s meaningfully productive.

Can we have a conversation about how work can be both meaningful & productive without monetary implications? I agree that late-stage capitalism is real, and I think money as an end rather than a means is a symptom of a broken system. That being said, work can be greatly fulfilling. Building your own home (if we lived in such times where that was legal/possible), planting a garden, or helping your community.
