This sub makes me so excited to be an employer

I plan to open a bakery in the future, and seeing all of the horror stories on this sub makes me so excited, or rather further inspired to be the kind of employer people want to work for. The idea of getting to be the kind of boss that creates a fun and safe work environment and makes people want to stay is nice and I hope I can be that for people in the future
