I've heard some real horror stories on here. Some from the USA or from Canada and let me say that damn. I never thought I'd hear such horrifying stories from companies that should treat their employees better.
That said these stories have encouraged me to seek out some more certifications and instructions. I'm still studying on Duolingo everyday and I want to take a look at some free courses online to get certified in web development or whatever they're offering.
We as workers maybe be at a disadvantage for now, but I feel like this subreddit has my back. Thanks so much. I'm gonna study my ass off this year and hopefully get to somewhere better than retail. Take care and happy new year.
