Thought experiment: If you HAD to choose between a minimum wage and complete transparency on wage & benefits everywhere, which would you choose?

Without a minimum wage companies could lowball you all they wanted. BUT the transparency would make it clear even before you apply what you would get from the employer in compensation and non-monetary benefits. Without transparency you have no idea what compensation the employer has budgeted for any given role. BUT a minimum wage would guarantee that an employer couldn't lowball you below a certain point.
