I work as a technician for all sorts of technology. Recently I got bitched at about getting overtime when a vehicle and a couple of items worth over $14K collectively were urgent (as per our consignor). They required me to stay later on Friday to set the items up on our store website and eBay since we are closed on the weekends.
Waiting patiently for the owners to come in and give their two sense on the matter about me getting collectively an hours worth of overtime last pay period. I only make $14 after all, to think I don't get paid more boggles my mind after doing this for a couple years.
I want to know other people's take on this and if anyone else has any messed up experiences with companies bitching about people who do their job, meanwhile they ignored others who didn't in the past.
