Threatened to get fired cause i called out sick using paid sick time

Today i feel worse. I called the store and my store manager was saying I somehow have 30 points in attendance infractions and if i dont come in today then she’s going to talk to hr and see if they want to separate from me. How do i have so many points accrued? I’ll sometimes leave a few minutes early if everything is done and a manager says its okay but apparently its still not okay to leave anytime before your scheduled to. I was told that a couple of weeks ago and have stopped leaving early.

Im a good employee and im good at my job so why am I being threatened to get fired for not feeling well? She said “you can’t suck it up and come in?” So now im planning on getting a covid test and hoping im positive so i can keep my job since apparently having covid is the only excusable sickness
