I was well managed on suboxone for 7 years, moronic examiner refused to accept addiction specialist psychiatrist medication form, as examiner didn’t like the wording
After unofficially failing me 3 times for pitiful reasons, they hand write me a note to give to my psychiatrist to copy onto medication form. Which psychiatrist reluctantly does despite the fact medically yo cannot be in “remission” of addiction, only treated
So I waltz into the examiners office after employer gave me the choice “stop the meds and pass or lose your position”
As it was always SOMETHING the examiner didn’t like about the note
I do my pysichal, beyond sick 3 days in cold turkey 16mg-0mg suboxone withdrawals. Nearly vomit multiple times, shaking so bad they can’t read blood pressure accurately
Yet behold they pass me!
Immediately depression, suicidal thoughts, and cravings begin
Never been in a car accident in my 15 year so driving, but shortly after withdrawal? Total my 2022 vehicle (probably totally coincidentally right?)
In addition to my mental health decline we eh a new GM, who just fucks the schedule right up. Worked the same schedule for years, she starts putting me in for night shift following day shift following night shift forWEEKS
GM at another store suggests petition to rid us of her, desperate for a solution i comply
After every employee on shift signed in agreement? GM who recommended it approached me the next day to inform me the writer of the petition will be fired via district manager and he is very sorry and I should cover it up and get rid of it
Fucken hell no. I still have it. Individual interrogations begin by district manager, mine being last naturally
119 minutes later I believe we’ve reached an ageeement and solution. WRONG
Suddenly I’m written up for attendance as my transportation was destroyed, then again for being late, all courtesy of district manager
Followed by demotion and wage cut because I didn’t finish an assignment while on 107 days of FMLA approved leave. Naturally!
Then sure as shit I’m out on a final write up for breaking a non negotiable rule, can I see the video? Absolutely not
That final write up need got written, but they did use it to fire me a week after!
Fuck loved and fuck this specific district manager. I will get him fired if it’s the last thing I do
Reports filed with national labor board, department of labor, attorneys called pending retaining, EEOC complaint filed
I hope I can burn this company to the ground, I’m on the verge of killing myself and they know it and continue to kick me while I’m down
