So, this has never happened to me before. I started a new job few months ago and I honestly hate this job so badly I dream of quitting everyday.
I sent an email on Thursday and requested to leave an hour and half early on Friday. I had a family emergency to attend to. My managers who approve the time one was out sick and the other was on vacation. There’s another manager covering and he never responded to my email. I even emailed another manager and they also didn’t respond.
The next day I left a 2. Today I get email sent to me from the manager who was out sick that who approved my time. I told her I emailed everyone and no one responded and I had to take a family member to chemo.
At this point I didn’t even care if I get written up. This will be my first write up in my life and maybe my first time fired.
