Time to find a new employer? Requiring me to come in two days, instead of one.

For this reason, we have given space to get used to working from home and the office taking into account our guidelines to split your time 50/50. However, up until today most teams are still working (almost) fully from home. Today, we want to reboot a sense of belonging which is essential in our journey of creating our shared culture. We can only do this, if we actually spend time together! This way of working is applicable for employees and contractors. We tend to speak in ‘either’ working from the office ‘or’ working from home. As both working methods have a different function, we encourage you to optimize a combination of the two.From January 9th onwards we want to see you all back in the office at a minimum of 2 days aweek.So, team up with your (cross-functional) colleagues and managers, book some quality time to interact, socialize, network and brainstorm at our office. Who is still hiring contractors from abroad, never required ever to come to the office.. Maybe I should move abroad instead….
Context: Work in IT, on cloud infrastructure, so need to be physically in the office.
