Timing is everything with anything in life. I bought my house in 2011 making $18.25 with my income alone….. I work at same place today with different department making $36.90 and the world we live in today I wouldn’t be able to afford a house with my income. And I live in the middle of Florida and I make great money in my area. I was able to get my new job because of the Covid times, no one was showing up and nobody was applying. Our kids, our parents and grandparents, the future people wanting to retire and graduating college wanting the American dream have a bleak future. Sad times we live in.
