tipping culture has gone too far. employers have to start paying workers more.

i’m currently staying at one of the most popular hotels in vegas rn. last year when i went to vegas, tipping culture was not THIS bad. now, i’ve been her for like 30hours and my God, every action you make they ask you for a tip and they will call you out for it angry as hell. literally right now a bell hop brought our hand luggage down one floor then said “im not doing too wonderful…..no tip” then a taxi that took me on a 7 mile trip i gave her a 2 dollar tip then proceed to sad “wow a 2 dollar tip for all that” with an annoyed look…. is that normal?
