Tips for dealing?

So, I guess I'm at the point where I realize nothing's going to change anytime soon as far as my work goes. There's not WFH options that pay enough, I can't reduce my hours, and I don't have the wherewithal or the knowledge to be self-employed. What I'm looking for is tips for dealing & being resilient in the face of the 40+ hour workweek. Lately, I've been feeling so burnt out, but I can't take leave because I'm saving my leave for an FMLA surgery. I know that some things help, like going to the gym and eating well, but I wake up in the morning and I never have the energy to make it to the gym or make a healthy meal for lunch… Not really looking for commiserating because I already get work the way it is now is not healthy or ideal for humans. Not really looking for commiserating because I already get work the way it is now is not healthy or ideal for humans. But I guess I want to know if anyone has tips to survive and feel even a little less bad as we all deal with this?
