Started a business.
Business partner is also a friend.
I put in more time and effort. I don't mind doing it.
Business partner won't care to even do the bare minimum. Also has a hard time showing up for the scheduled meetings.
I am tired of gatekeeping. None of my ways work.
Had an open discussion but nothings changed.
Also, don't want to be too harsh. I could end up losing a friend.
How does one handle this situation?
