Just want to rant about my job. I work for a popular fast food chain and we are losing employees left and right. We are down to two managers, one of which is an absolute nightmare to work with. She comes in with an attitude everyday and talks down to everyone. The other manager is pretty chill. We are supposed to have 56 employees yet we have like 13. Higher ups are demanding that we extend our store hours even though we have no employees to work those hours. They aren’t giving us another option. I come in everyday and do the job of 3-4 people. I don’t really have any other job options rn so I have to just push through it. I’m so over higher ups being so out of touch and demanding the impossible. I want to cuss them out and scream. I make a pretty decent wage but I still feel like it’s not enough. No one is applying and I see no end to this hell.
