Tired of maintaining “positive expectations” for customers

If you come in five fucking minutes before we stop processing paperwork for the night to close, you're an asshole. “Well we want to keep customers happy and in the door! We need to be as kind as possible and give the people what they want within reason” Says my supervisor who let's everything fucking slide. Who does? I don't. At 6:30 WE are done. We start closing paperwork and we're supposed out at 7. Not 7:05. Not 7:30. 7. O clock. I'm to the point i want to start telling people “hey, we're done processing everything for the night. Please come back tomorrow when you have more time to shop around to get what you're looking for.” I don't think that's rude. I think its honest and they still get what they want. Im not trying to be at work longer than necessary. “Positive expectations” are what we're told…
