To give notice or not to give notice?

I place myself on the mercy of the sub. Should I give notice at my current job? To argue for not giving a notice, my current job sucks. The benefits suck. The management sucks. We just lost our gm, who was the only one making the place tolerable, and the new gm is weeks away from starting. So me and another employee are currently filling in his role. Two other employees just quit. Since I've been there it's been more than one person quitting a month. The new job I just got wants me to start immediately if possible. To argue for giving a notice, we are already very behind and very understaffed. There is no one who can cover my position. I would be screwing over multiple of my coworkers, who I like. What do you guys think?
