To wait staff: who are the clients you don’t mind and actually prefer or enjoy serving?

I know this is “anti-work” but please hear me out. I don’t like going to cafes and stuff because I honestly don’t like making people work for me. But if I could be a person who visits a cafe, with a very simple order, leaves a generous tip and cleans up my own table, would that give you a bit of a break from your daily toll? Some friendly conversation when it’s not too busy? Please let me know. Thank you.
