Have any of you had a conversation with somebody that is leading a company about what’s really going on? Whether it’s a current employer and you’re speaking to someone leaving so they can tell you their perspective? Or, have you ever spoken to someone as a new hire?
I am debating reaching out to a potential new guy at my current company that I’m leaving. This guy has a wealth of experience and is extremely overqualified for the position. I know it’s none of my business, but I also feel like it could be worthwhile to warn him of what he’s in for…
