HR has prohibited me from passing out [non-inflammatory] informational flyers about a state constitutional amendment ballot petition collection process. The proposed amendment would enshrine the right to an abortion access in the state constitution. I’m honestly not even sure if I’m allowed to continue collecting signatures.
At what point [if there is any in this hellscape of a country] does this begin to infringe upon first amendment rights? What are my rights in this circumstance? I’m meeting with HR for further discussion.
