The boss told him to come in tomorrow, where he will be going out in the field helping customers, while sick with Covid and not wearing a mask.
Also, I am a veteran who now will be unable to enter a veterans hospital because they ask “Have you come into close contact with anyone who tested positive for Covid in the past two weeks.”?
This situation feels so wrong, because briefly each morning he will come near me to turn in his paperwork, while sick with Covid, not wearing a mask. So if I need to go to the veterans hospital for any reason, I have to wait 2 weeks until after my coworker stops showing signs of Covid.
Also, he will be exposing customers when he goes out to their businesses to offer our services.
It's a small business, so either I deal with it, or quit my job.
