I work at a restaurant, so cursing and shouting is kinda the norm, but today was a bit different.
My bosses wife is always complaining about everything, walking slowly through the kitchen, smoking in it and basically doing nothing to the point that my boss usually gets angry at her.
Today was a very stressful day, we were understaffed and peole just kept coming. She already unfairly complained about a couple of things so I was already kinda angry but keeping it together. But later, she started smoking where I wash the dishes (as she usually does) and put the ashtray with the lit cigarette on the plates I just cleaned. I shouted to the boss to tell her to not smoke there, then I told her. The boss told me, smiling as if he was trying to calm the situation, to put the plates in another place, so, infuriated, I shouted “why doesn't she smoke elsewhere?” So i just ran into to the kitchen, hit the wall with my hand and shouted “fuck my fucking life you fucking assholes”. We didn't exchanged any words after that and the boss told me to come back tomorrow.
All my more veteran mates told me that everything was ok and that I just told her/them what everyone have wanted to tell them for a long time. So yeah, I guess I still have a job hahaha
