You read that correctly. I showed up on time and ready for my shift and got in trouble. The reason “you should have told me yesterday! It’s your job to look at the next day and communicate with me. I would have had you come in later today.”
Last I checked, and correct me if I’m wrong, it’s the managers job to schedule, keep track of said schedule, and so forth.
This was just the final straw that broke the camels back. An exposing email is going out in a few weeks to the CEO and public once I secure another opportunity.
Sorry, just had to vent.
