I've been in the workforce now for 25 years and I've never felt the security that I do now.
I know that my wages will increase regularly.
I know that they can't just fire me and all of my coworkers as we are clocking out for the day.
I have health coverage.
I have vacation days.
I have a pension.
It also makes me feel leverage for any other jobs wanting to employ me. Oh…you pay a few dollars more but how do I know you'll need me after the quarter is done? What about raises? Health coverage? Do you have a UNION?
It feels great y'all. Keep at it.
