Today I was in my morning meeting and noticed that 95% of our staff has been there for less than 1 year

Does leadership not notice that they have a shockingly high turnover rate that has only increased each year? Or, in line with the beliefs of most capitalist narcissistic leaders, do they think that the employees are the problem? I wonder which is true. Hmm, it’s really a doozy… I myself am trying to get out as well.
