I work in a meat department was supposed to meet with HR and my manager about 2 weeks ago nothing mentioned after that. Came in yesterday being told they want to force me to another department and that Im one of the hardest workers also providing quality work as anyone in the store but don’t work well with others aka useless people. Just funny cause it’s bare minimum type stuff. These”useless” coworkers have had to recently sign contracts stating they will be on time and at work for their shifts. Yet still left early one being an assistant manager. The meeting is with 2 department managers 2 store managers HR and an AC sounds like a good time. Also the assistant manger was pressuring me to sell him my meds that he knows I take from an injury. No idea when this happing have the next 2 days off asked to be called when this is happening sounds like a good time. Thoughts or helpful advice would be appreciated.
