Told my job of almost two years that I’m leaving to move out of state. They offered me more money and asked if they were doing anything wrong to contribute to my feeling. (Which they are, a lot.)Should I tell them or is that fire to burn a bridge?

For some context it’s a very small office with maybe 12 employees total. A mom and pop that often refers to us as “family” -_- but will also gladly let out a little steam on someone if they aren’t going fast enough for them. There are many more issues beyond this including complete disorganization and very very cheap software that will often glitch and then be a game of who gets thrown under the buss. (Sorry venting a little also). If they ask me again if it’s something they can improve, should I tell the truth, or not risk loosing the reference?
