Am I soon to be fired ? I do data abstraction and I work with multiple companies under my role. My work is submitted to check for accuracy in my abstraction before I am off to work on my own with the company. I have been approved to work with around 7 companies so far and my last company is not getting passed the approval stage. I never had this much difficulty before and I am honestly getting very annoyed with the process. My manager said that if I do not pass these next 5 cases I submit I will be put on a PIP.
Does it sound like I am about to get fired
