too good to be true

Hi all. So I got a job offer that pays a ton of money. It was one of those jobs where it's a lot of money, but no surprise at the same time. Usually this type of job pays up to 100k. The dude was moving so fast. I finished a test, got approval from a manager and the HR board, and was going to sign a letter offer ALL WITHIN ONE DAY. it was a bit fishy. The crazy thing is that I did soo much research. Checked the email domain, emailed HR, checked the company's social media, etc.. I even found the guys LinkedIn. All of this was checking out. I asked to call him so I could ask some questions. He wasn't responding. I call the company and ask to speak to him, the receptionist instantly knew what I was talking about. She told me that it's…

I asked to call him so I could ask some questions. He wasn't responding. I call the company and ask to speak to him, the receptionist instantly knew what I was talking about. She told me that it's a scam and the company's LinkedIn got hacked.

I fucking knew it was too good to be true. But it was still depressing asf to realize that I'm still a broke bitch.
