I need advice on how to handle a situation. I resigned with my senior manager last week and since then the company hasn't terminated me. I think it's retaliation because I ratted on my manager because he was intentionally messing up people's checks and he claimed he was busy and forgetful to cover his tracks. But in a discussion he told me that he'd correct my time when he wanted to and not when I wanted him to. So that turned into an HR discussion. This was before I knew that HR wasn't actually caring of employees but at least it helped me get my and many other coworkers time corrected! But I decided that I couldn't stay in that environment. Even after I had a one on one with the senior manager about how I didn't feel comfortable around the manager I ratted out. I was put temporarily under another manager that seemed worse than the previous one. So I made my mind up and put in a resignation. Got ignored. Called HR and told them, they said they'd message a manage to put it in the system. Essentially ignored. Emailed the director. Ignored. I feel like this is a power trip. I need advice. It's not hindering me from getting another job. But it just seems odd to me that they literally won't let me go!
