This is an open ended question for all my lovely working Redditors out there.

So, I've been working in customer service from 3 years and it's my first company. Since WFH, a lot of changes have been taking place within the company and i wanted to know if this sounds normal everywhere.

Cons:

  1. Installation of security camera on our work computers for surveillance where we're not allowed to use phone, anything that looks like an electronic device and this thing monitors us for 9hrs straight.
  2. Change of notice period from 30 to 60 and then to 90 days since lots of people started quitting all of a sudden.
  3. Introduction of a security software that allows managers to view our Desktop screen at anytime.
  4. Making wellness sessions mandatory.
  5. Centralisation of incentive plans which ended up with employees losing out on their earning potential.
  6. Menial paycheck hikes from 3 years.

Pros:

  1. Leave without pay benefits extending upto 2-3 months.
  2. Introduction of career tracks for employees that feel stuck.
  3. WFH allowances

If I'm changing companies, can this list of cons be expected everywhere?

Thanks in advance!
