Toxic positivity

Does anyone deal with a toxically positive workplace? Where the business cares little about its customers, lies, manipulates, and takes them for every penny it can. The employees are aware, yet make it a point to be “positive” and keep the workplace a pleasant environment. We say hi and bye to each other every day with a big fake smile and wave. We all know we are telling multiple lies to dozens of customers every single day. It doesn't work in my opinion. No matter how concerted of an effort team members make. There's no such thing as a positive or comfortable work environment when the company treats customers like dog water. I'd rather be cynical at my job. The positivity is toxic.
