Work as a cleaner for a factory. Boss and coworkers are cool. Floor manager however leaves “boobytraps” to catch us not cleaning “‘we are, every night, 8 hours’” employees also continue to say rude insults towards us. Have told boss but they said they can’t do much because they arnt the bosses of the factory. Should I leave? Or tough it out and ignore?
