To some of you, that's not a long time at a job. For me it's enough.

I have worked hard for two and a half years, only to find that the new people are making right off the bat what I now make after two and a half years.

I'm tired of being overlooked and underappreciated. I'm tired of being overworked and virtually unnoticed.

They say they need me. They say I do a good job. Sure, what I don't important for where I work, but after three months with only one full weekend that I had to request off, I have had enough. I burned out weeks ago. I'm running on fumes now, if not completely empty.

Job market looks like it has much greener grass than it used to. I think I'll try my luck there and see what I can do.
