A few days ago, I posted on here. My boss asked me to come after my mandatory notice to train a newbie.
Today, she revealed that to replace me, they will hire two persons. That is two salaries instead of one. And she couldn't afford to gave me a little raise? What the fuck???
The thing that made leave were: First; The companies is in the red so no raise but the same companies brought 5 new bmw for their manages and TWO: Me working three persons job need to prove I worth getting a raise.
I am so furious about that.
