Here's the question..
What would be the better,smarter choice. To stay in a well payed job but getting micromanaged and bullied by your boss daily or become unemployed and try the luck to find a new job in this harsh, risky times?
Both options sound bad, but I ran out of ideas how to get my micromanaging bully boss off my back (literally standing behind your chair watching you work or giving comments about it ) every few minutes and it seems old bosses do not want to adapt or change for the better.
Is there a way to save my job position or it is for the better to go out there to the wild wild west of unemployment?
