Uniform Discrimination

I work at a restaurant in California where a uniform is required for FOH staff. Everyone wears the uniform except an older male. He is a tipped worker, just like the rest of us. My place of employment is updating the uniform, and adding an extra layer just in time for a hot summer. 🥵 What’s my platform to stand on if my employers don’t enforce this one person to comply with the dress code?
