Union Busting move in Maine School

TLDR: The high school music teacher in the town where I live is the head of the local teacher’s Union and has been battling the school board and the superintendent for a better compensation agreement. He’s only been in the district for two years and has nothing but good reviews for his work in the school, but his contract was not renewed, for fairly obvious political reasons.
