As the title says I’m in a unique position. I was hired on 6 months ago and since then have been trained to do the work of 3 people. I’m at the point where I am the only one that is capable of doing this work at the company. My workload has increased significantly as well. As it’s the end of the quarter today, management all planned to take today off, leaving me to manage other teams while twice the amount of work of 3 people to get our numbers in before the end of the day. I’ve only had positive reviews here. Im also moving in about 6 months and the company doesn’t know. I’m thinking that since I am so essential now, that I have the leverage to ask for a pay raise. I’d love to hear any experiences. Thank you!
