Hi fellow humans!
I worked a job last year around October that was adjusting my hours & putting them in manually because I hadn't been able to clock in. The first week I received accurate payment, but the next 3 weeks after that my checks were less than $100 each. I asked about it & they were shocked I hadn't been clocking in & somebody was adjusting my hours so I wouldn't get auto terminated. Long story short I was owed about 1200+ & had several conversations that sounded positive but after I never saw the money I had to stop showing up so I could make another check somewhere else. It is now January & I still haven't seen that money. Can anybody offer any help or guidance on how I can get my money? They were already being investigated for missing funds at the time I was employed there.
